I would like to say that my hair are falling in a very high speed motion, but i used so many oils and other related spray to stop it but all efforts failed.

You can contact ISHR.org and see what programs offer training workshops in your area or anywhere close to you. I have visiting hair transplant doctors every now and then in offices of US Hair Restoration . The best is to find a hair transplant surgery fellowship program and get academic training for hair restoration. However, I do not know anyone with that capability in your area. ISHRS is a good start in your search to your hair transplant training.
